Spring Break Backpacking Trip in Aravaipa Canyon
Join us for an engaging adventure in Aravaipa Canyon during your spring break on March 15-18. By signing up for this excursion you will:
- Have the opportunity to hang out in nature and explore with teens from 10+ high schools
- Develop outdoor skills to plan your own camping & backpacking trips
- Sleep under the stars in the canyon
- Join a free program with gear & food provided by ITE (sponsored by our partner the Western National Parks)
- Have free transportation provided from ITE Urban Field Station (738 N. 5th Ave., #101 in the Historic Y)
- Be the first to be recruited for paid ITE Internships
- Gain access to ITE EcoNetwork Benefits and Services
Orientation (mandatory): Friday, March 13th 4:00pm-6:00pm; Learn more about the backpacking trip, meet the other youth you’ll be on the program with, & pack your bag!
Trip Dates: Sunday, March 15th, 8:00am drop-off -Wednesday, March 18th, 4:00pm pickup
